Take a moment to breathe, and find the support that is right for you.

A note from the TINI Studio Executive Director

Hi there,

I am so glad you found your way here. Not long ago, I was in the same place you might be now, feeling overwhelmed, unsure why I was struggling, and unaware of how deeply trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) had shaped my health and daily life. Learning about ACEs changed everything for me. It gave me clarity, language and research that helped me make sense of my experiences, and most importantly, find a path forward.

This page is here to support you. Whether this research has led you to the begin to make connections in your personal life, or you’re already deep into your healing journey, know that you’re not alone. With the right information and a supportive community, healing is not only possible, it’s powerful. You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported.

With care,

Alexandra Heath
